a GIRL FROM THE BRONX HAD…

The idea for J’Petite Eats came about after attending a number of events. There were usually large buffets sitting on sternos for heating as someone passes you plate and slaps a hunk of food on it. I thought to myself, “I don’t always want to eat all of this food or frankly have it slapped on a plate”. The amount of waste alone is enough to make you gasp. Believe it or not there is a lot more food being served at some of these places than we actually need to consume. That thought sparked the idea. I started thinking of a way that I could service some of these events in a more inventive yet fashionable way. I created a catering platform that provides our clients with a stylish yet simple way to enjoy food with purpose. Using fresh ingredients, a mix of traditional and new recipes, made into an appetizer size. We want our clients to use our service as a compliment to their event, not a distraction. With a background is in fashion and design it was only natural for me to design for the palette. My intention is to cater to those who want to Eat on trend as much as they want to Be on trend. Constructing delicious food for the senses.
